Edo University Iyamo now known as Edo State University, Uzairue, has released admission forms for undergraduate courses, postgraduate, and its conversation program.
Today I would focus on the admission form into Edo University, Iyamo as it was formerly called.
Edo University has now released its admission form into its undergraduate program for the 2021/2022 academic session and is inviting suitable and qualified candidates or applicants to apply for any department of their choice at Edi University, Iyamo as long as they can fulfil all requirements for each department either through direct entry or JAMB UTME.
Admission Form Requirements into Edo University, Iyamo.
Applicants can apply for admission form into any department at Edo University, Iyamo using any of the 3 categories listed below;
(I) JAMB UTME(joint admission matriculation board and unified tertiary matriculation examination).
Candidates must have registered and written the recent jamb examination for the 2021/2022 academic session.
Candidates or Applicants are to complete the online admission Form by visiting Edo University, Iyamo website at: www.edouniversity.edu.ng
All candidates/applicants are required to have met a minimum requirement of five (5) credit grades in GCE/NECO/NABTEB in necessary subjects which must include English Language and Mathematics.
However, candidates applying for admission form at Edo University, Iyamo into the department of Medicine and Surgery must submit only one O level result(2 combinations of O level results are not allowed).
All applicants/candidates must undergo Edo University, Iyamo department screening before they would be eligible.
Please note, that candidates who did not fill Edo University, Iyamo has their first choice of Institution and wish to apply for any department at Edo University, Iyamo should apply for Change of Institution through JAMB and fill in Edo University, Iyamo on the Online application jamb form.
(II) DIRECT ENTRY(into 200 level)
Candidates applying for direct entry into any department at Edo University, Iyamo must buy and process the JAMB direct entry admission form before they would be accepted. Below are the requirements for the direct entry admission form at Edo University, Iyamo;
All candidates/applicants are required to have met a minimum requirement of five (5) credit grades in GCE/NECO/NABTEB in necessary subjects which must include English Language and Mathematics.
Candidates should also possess extra degrees like; NCE/OND/HND/bachelor degree/A level GCE/IJMB or JUPEB certificate or result with good grade/credits.
(III) TRANSFER CANDIDATES
Candidates wishing to transfer from their present Universities into any department at Edo University, Iyamo must fulfill the following requirements;
Candidates must ensure they buy and complete the prescribed Edo State University Inter-University transfer admission Form online.
Candidates applying for the transfer admission form must pass the screening test set by the management of Edo University, Dynamo.
Candidates must submit their transcripts or results to the admission office at Edo University, Iyamo.
Candidates should have a cumulative grade point average of 1.5.
In conclusion, candidates would pay an admission form fee of Two Thousand Naira only.
Candidates/applicants must endeavor to apply for the screening exercise at Edo University, Iyamo.
Candidates awaiting their O level results can still apply for admission form into the undergraduate program, admission form is also open to as many that participated in the just recent jamb examination and scored a cut-off mark of not less than 120.
