The existence of a supplementary form is an opportunity for candidates who did not meet the cut-off mark for their respective courses. It is a method for candidates to reapply for an option of a new course with a more cut-off mark which they reached.
A supplementary form is like a second chance for admission and Igbinedion University offers a supplementary admission form (or Change of Course) for candidates whose names are not on the merit list.

- Click on the Online Application
- Complete and submit the online form, and make a printout of the completed application confirmation page which carries a Registration Number.
- This should be brought along with a certified bank draft of N6,500 drawn on any reputable bank made payable to Igbinedion University Okada to the preferred screening centre on the day of screening.

Requirements For Eligibility:
Candidates are expected to present and upload the following documents:
- Candidates applying for admission into 100 level undergraduate programmes MUST possess a minimum of five(5) O’level credit passes at not more than two(2) sittings in WAEC, GCE, NECO or its equivalent.
