- Candidates applying for the Direct Entry screening form into the department of Nursing at Mcpherson University should please ensure they have at least five credit passes in either WAEC/NECO/SSCE/NECO in addition to an advanced GCE result in chemistry and biology would be required.

Candidates who have two ‘A’ level passes in Chemistry and any other course from either Biology/Zoology/Botany or have a bachelor’s degree in Biology/Zoology/Botany will also be allowed to apply for the Direct Entry Screening Form.
- Department of Biochemistry
Direct Entry Screening Form Requirements
- Candidates /applicants who have at least two ‘A’ level passes in relevant subjects, especially in subjects like Biology and Chemistry would also be considered for admission.
- Department of Physical and Computer Sciences

- Candidates who have at least two ‘A’ level passes in Mathematics would be allowed to apply for the Direct Entry screening form.
- Candidates who also possess a Diploma in Data Processing with at least a merit pass from a well-known University. Candidates who also have either an OND/HND in Data Processing, Engineering, or Mathematics with at least a B grade would be considered.

- Candidates who have a three ‘A’ level pass either in Economics/Accounting/Business Management/Government and Geography would be allowed to apply for the Direct Entry screening form at Mcpherson University.
- Department of Business Administration
