The Ondo State University of Medical Science invites eligible candidates who are interested in direct entry admission to apply.

Requirements For Ondo State University of Medical Science Direct Entry Admission:

• The candidates are requested to present a  Registration Slip.
• A printed copy of the completed 2021/2022 Admission Screening slip.
• A Transcript is sent directly to the Registrar, University of Medical Sciences.
• The candidates must have chosen the University Of Medical Sciences Ondo as their first choice.
• The candidates must be holders of OND/HND/First Degree or A’Level in relevant disciplines and subjects.

The direct Entry admission is for candidates who have more than the basic O’level certificate, and the form for the Ondo State University of Medical Science is out if you have the stipulated documents needed and you consider yourself eligible by the list above, you are encouraged to go further either to enquire from the university on how to go about the registration process or you go on to the JAMB office to purchase the application form.
