    After praying, you might experience temporary relief followed by overwhelm returning. This doesn’t mean prayer failed but that you need ongoing spiritual and practical support. Return to prayer as often as needed, treating it as a conversation you continue rather than a one-time event.

    Recognize triggers that push you into overwhelm. Is it certain times of day, specific situations, or particular people? Understanding your patterns helps you anticipate and prevent overwhelm rather than only reacting once you’re already drowning mentally.
