- International Research Training Program Scholarship (IRTPS)
Applicants or students who receive the international research training program will be awarded a scholarship fee of up to $28,854 pa in the present academic year to pay for applicants living expenses once every two weeks alongside international medical cover while they study at James Cook University.
The International research training program scholarship will cover students’ expenses for 3.5 years.
The scholarship is only for international students or applicants who are willing to apply.

- JCU Postgraduate Research Scholarship (JCUPRS)
Applicants or students who receive the James Cook University Postgraduate Research Scholarships will be awarded a scholarship fee of up to $28,854 pa in the present academic year to pay for applicants living expenses once every two weeks.
The James Cook University Postgraduate Research Scholarships will cover students’ expenses for 3.5 years.
Please note that all applicants are eligible for the scholarship regardless of whether they are domestic students or international students.
- AIMS@JCU Scholarships
Applicants or students who applied and received the AIMS@ James Cook University Scholarships will be awarded a scholarship fee of up to $28,854 pa for the present academic year to pay for applicants living expenses once every two weeks
Applicants would also receive an additional scholarship fee of $5,000 to still cover applicants’ or students’ living expenses or any other expenses incurred due to research or project.
The AIMS@ James Cook University Scholarships will cover students’ expenses for a few years.
