About the scholarship:
This scholarship was created by the institution to help does who wish to further their career in acting by so doing eliminate the economic obstacles they are facing in their educational path.
This scholarship is available for high achieving students who want to complete their acting program at the institution.
The institution is offering two tuition fees for Acting BA (Hons) degree program.
This scholarship program will help cover tuition fees for three years of study in the Ba Acting program at the institution.
The mode of application is online and only two outstanding students would be given the scholarship
Requirements :
Required Course or Subjects: All applicants for Acting BA (Hons) at St Mary’s are welcome to apply for the scholarship.
Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
The applicants must be enrolled and actively studying at a Ukrainian university as of February 2022.
United Kingdom students and international students can apply
The applicants must hold an offer to study the relevant course at St Mary’s University beginning in September 2022, January 2023, or September 2023.
The applicants must have a minimum of a second-class honors degree from a UK university or equivalent qualification.
Language:
Students need to demonstrate that they have good spoken English and can write properly in English
International students will need to have achieved an IELTS score of 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in any section
Value of scholarship
It is for the range of 3yrs and on the 2year and 3year students must successfully be completed and pass outstandingly in the previous year of study
By the end of this Acting degree, you will have had a professional training appropriate to a career in theatre and be equipped with creative, analytical, communication, team-working and organisational skills relevant to a wide range of graduate employment.
Recent graduates have found employment as actors both on stage and on screen including American television or London’s West End.

St Mary’s University Undergraduate Study Consists of:
- BA Acting offers Drama School training within a university context. Its aim is to prepare students for professional work in the theatre, television and film industries. Students are allowed to expect in excess of 18 hours of scheduled classes each week.
- BA Technical Theatre is a two year ‘fast track’ programme where students will live the full degree experience in six trimesters over two years. This rigorous training will give you opportunities to develop all the skills you would need in a career in Technical Theatre and Production Management.
