The management of Sule Lamido University has confirmed that its supplementary form has been released to the public and its sale has commenced.
The Sule Lamido University is calling on all candidates who placed the university as their first choice and those who want to change to Sule Lamido University as their first choice.
They also invite candidates who partook in the recent post utme test but were not given admission to reapply.
The candidate must also have scored up to 160 in the JAMB CBT test in order to be eligible to apply either for supplementary ot general post utme
Requirements For Sule Lamido University Supplementary Form:
- UTME Candidates MUST have passed a minimum of 5 relevant subjects, at credit level, in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent in not more than two (2) sittings, including English and Mathematics.
- Candidates must present the Originals and photocopies of the required documents:
- Acknowledgement Slip
- Evidence of Payment
- UTME Result/DE Registration Slip
- SSCE Statement(s) of Result
- Two recent passport-sized photographs with white background
- Certificate of Indigeneship
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- ‘A-Level Statement of Result (for DE candidates only)
