Although the Joint Admission Matriculation Board has withdrawn its power of setting a universal cut-off mark, it still imposed a limit on how high or low each type of university can go in setting its cut-off mark.
Essentially, Universities are now allowed to set their pen cut-off marks as long as they adhere to the following benchmark:
- Federal & State University: 160
- Private University: 140
- Federal & State Polytechnic: 120
- Private Polytechnic: 110
- Colleges of Education: 100

This means that candidates who have scored a total JAMB score of 180 marks and above and have listed Eko University of Medical & Health Sciences as their University’s first choice are eligible to purchase the Post UTME Form.
Candidates who meet Eko University of Medical & Health Sciences cut off mark would then proceed for an internal screening exercise by the University and are up to sixteen (16) years and above are welcome to purchase the screening form.
