The Ekiti State University is located in Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria.

The management of the Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti has informed all graduands, parents, friends, and well-wishers as well as the general public that this great institution will be holding its 25th convocation ceremony right here at the Ekiti State University environs.

Requirements for the Collection of Certificates by Graduands at the Ekiti State University

1. The original statement of result/notification of result.
2. Student identity card or letter of identification from the graduands department.
3. Two passports[preferrabily recent no more than 6 months]
4. Graduates must show receipts of all necessary payments
5. Evidence of clearance from the Ekiti State University.

Method of Payment for the Convocation Ceremony at Ekiti State University

1. Login at www.remita.net

2. Search for Ekiti State University on the search bar

3. Select “convocation fee for 2021’’

4. Fill in your details and submit

5. Then select a payment method

Using either

• Card [this requires you to fill in your atm card details to make a payment]

• Bank branch [this method requires that you enter any bank of your choice that processes remita transactions and present your pre-generated RRR code to make payment.]

Collection of Certificates during Convocation at the Ekiti State University

Please note!

Graduands who must have completed all clearance purposes are eligible to collect their certificates immediately after the convocation ceremony.

Graduands are strongly advised, to pay the necessary fees before the scheduled date for the convocation ceremony at the Ekiti State University.

Graduands are advised to pay in time before the scheduled date, to avoid rush and delay of collection of certificates during the convocation ceremony at the Ekiti State University.

Public Notice from the Ekiti State University Concerning the Convocation Ceremony

1. The convocation ceremony will involve students who graduated in the last 4yrs, Graduands are expected to visit the school website@www.eksu.edu.ng to confirm if they have been cleared and would be allowed by the Ekiti State University to Convoke.

2. Graduation robes will be made available for collection at faculty offices/colleges/secretariat only after each Graduand has completed all due payment and is no longer owning the management of Ekiti State University.

3. All information stated above is subject to change due to the recent ASUU strike

4. The management of the Ekiti State University is yet to release any date or event schedule for the convocation ceremony.

All graduands should ensure they complete all faculty/departmental clearance before the convocation ceremony so they could collect their certificate on time.

The convocation schedule would be communicated to the public using the school’s official website @www.eksu.edu.ng.
