Hezekiah University, Umudi has no departmental cut-off mark yet  but has an acceptable Jamb cut-off mark of 180 which is acceptable in all departments.

Departmental cut-off marks are approved marks set by the department itself as a screening method before allowing candidates to enter the department, so individuals who want to gain admission into the department must pass or score the department cut-off mark.

Jamb cut-off marks are general cut-off marks set by the Joint Admission Matriculation Board that each candidate must possess before they can apply for Hezekiah University.

Due to the fact that Hezekiah University has no Department cut-off mark, the Management of Hezekiah University has put in place certain requirements that each candidate must have before they are admitted into the department.

Department Requirements

Candidates must have at least credit level passes in five subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry either in WAEC/GCE/NECO.

 An acceptable Jamb score of 180 in the recent jamb is required for admission into 100-level for all candidates.

Department Requirements

Candidate/applicant should have credit pass in at least five subjects either in GCE/WAEC/NECO in subjects like; Mathematics, English Language  Government and Literature-in-English and Accounting.

 Candidates must attain the Jamb cut-off mark for Hezekiah University as may be fixed by the department in a given session. 

The JAMB combination subjects must include History/Government and any other two (2) subjects from either Arts and Social Sciences.

FACULTY OF HUMANITIES

• English Language & Literary Studies[B.A. English Language & Literary Studies]
• History & International Studies[B.A. History & International Studies]
• Christian Religious Studies[B.A. Religious Studies]

Department Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of five credit level passes either in the SSCE/NECO/GCE examinations in subjects like; English Language, Literature in English, Mathematics, History, and CRS, not more than two sittings would be accepted in the department.

 The candidate must also have a Jamb score of at least 180 or more in subjects like English, Literature in English, and any two other Arts or Social Science subjects.

In conclusion, candidates/individuals hoping to apply for Hezekiah University should endeavor to score higher than the announced Jamb cut-off mark of 180 so they could gain more chances of admission into their department.
